These website terms provide general information. A project’s accepted estimate and any separately agreed service terms establish the scope and commercial details of that job.
Our Services
Matherne’s Custom Gutters provides gutter-related services in Ponchatoula and Southeast Louisiana, including custom seamless gutter installation, repair, replacement, removal, cleaning, and leaf protection for residential and commercial properties. Availability and suitability depend on the property and requested scope.
Estimates
Estimate requests are free. Submitting a form does not book a job or create an installation agreement. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions available when prepared.
Final project pricing depends on actual measurements, scope, materials, access, and property conditions. Photos can help explain a project but may not replace an on-site assessment. Confirm the scope and pricing directly with the business before work is authorized.
5% Price Beat Guarantee
The 5% Price Beat Guarantee applies to qualifying written estimates from another legitimate gutter business for a comparable gutter system, design, materials, and installation scope. If the Matherne’s Custom Gutters price is higher for a qualifying comparable estimate, the business will beat that price by 5%.
The comparison must be in writing, with substantially equivalent scope, comparable materials, and comparable design. Share the written estimate so the details can be compared. The offer does not automatically apply to unrelated or materially different work.
Scheduling
Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation with the business. Preferred dates submitted through the website are requests and are not confirmed appointments. Contact Julian directly to discuss timing and any changes.
Weather Delays
Exterior work may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, storms, severe weather, or unsafe working conditions. The business will communicate scheduling adjustments as reasonably practicable. Safety and suitable installation conditions take priority.
Material Availability
Gutter colors and material availability may affect project timing. Available options will be discussed for your project. Any proposed material or color change should be confirmed with you before it is used.
Changes in Project Scope
Additional work you request or conditions discovered during assessment or work may require a revised estimate and schedule. Changes to the agreed scope and related pricing should be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and property information, arrange reasonable access for agreed visits and work, and tell the business about known property issues or access restrictions relevant to the project. Only share photos and information you have permission to provide.
Payment
Payment amounts, methods, and timing will be communicated in the estimate, invoice, or other project agreement. These website terms do not establish a deposit, financing plan, late fee, or cancellation penalty. Review and confirm payment arrangements directly with the business.
Workmanship Concerns
Contact Matherne’s Custom Gutters promptly if you have a concern about completed work so the issue can be reviewed. Photos and a description of the concern may help. These website terms do not create a specific warranty period or alter rights or warranty terms that otherwise apply to your project.
